Welcome to Chat Works! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our AI assistant solutions. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

Chat Works provides AI assistant solutions for websites, designed to answer visitor queries and collect lead data. Lead data (name, email, phone number, and inquiry details) is sent to clients via email and recorded in a dedicated Google spreadsheet. A summary is also sent to the website visitor.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer two plans:

Basic Plan ($125 AUD/month): Includes one AI assistant with Chat Works branding, unlimited responses, and one monthly admin support ticket.Corporate Plan ($245 AUD/month): Includes one AI assistant without Chat Works branding, unlimited responses, and one monthly admin support ticket.Additional AI assistants are available for $45 AUD/month each.

3. Admin Support Tickets

Each client receives one admin support ticket per month for modifications such as avatar changes, color updates, or new training data. Tickets do not stack and expire if unused. General support is available at no extra cost.

4. AI Assistant Setup & Implementation

Upon subscription, we request setup details (email recipients, avatar, color scheme, training data). If unspecified, default settings are applied. Setup is completed within 24-48 hours.Clients receive a code snippet for installation. If implementation assistance is needed, Chat Works can install the code for a one-time fee of $85 AUD (non-refundable).

5. Billing & Payments

Billing starts once the AI assistant is live on the client’s website.Payments are due monthly on the service activation anniversary date. If activation falls on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, subsequent payments are due on the 28th.Payments are made via PayPal, with auto-renewal enabled. Clients without a PayPal account can pay using a credit/debit card or bank transfer.All payments are non-refundable.

6. Payment Failure & Service Suspension

If payment is overdue by 7 days, a reminder email is sent.If unpaid within 48 hours of the reminder, the AI assistant is suspended until payment is received.Clients can reinstate services at any time by clearing outstanding dues.

7. Service Modifications & Price Changes

Chat Works may modify pricing or service features with prior notice to clients. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

8. Termination

Clients may cancel anytime without penalties. However, no refunds are issued for unused portions of the service.

9. Liability & Disclaimer

Chat Works is not liable for any business losses resulting from AI assistant interactions, data handling, or service interruptions. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with data privacy laws.
