Lead data belongs exclusively to the client and is never resold to lead acquisition companies or third parties.The client receives lead data via email and a dedicated Google spreadsheet.An email summarizing the inquiry is also sent to the website visitor for their reference.

All lead data is transmitted via Google's secure servers.Lead data is stored securely within Google’s infrastructure in the form of emails and a spreadsheet until accessed or transferred by the client.We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.

5. Payment and Billing Information : We use PayPal to process subscription payments. PayPal may collect and process payment details in accordance with their own privacy policy. Chat Works does not store any payment information on our servers.
