Do I need to set anything up myself when I deploy one of these AI assistants to my website?
We can take care of the entire set up for you if you like! The only thing you need to do when we've finished building your AI assistant is to insert the AI assistant's code into your site. This is generally very easy to do if you have an IT administrator or have basic knowledge with maintaining your website (all instructions are provided), but if you need help with it we can set this up for you for a one-time fee of $85AUD. Once we've spoken to you to determine where we send the info from the people visiting your site, everything else works on autopilot. You just sit back and relax while all of the customers data gets sent to you in real time!
Are there any additional costs to maintain the AI assistant and ensure it continues to respond using AI?
To ensure the AI assistant keeps responding using AI it does require ongoing funds to stay active. But we shoulder all those costs so you're only having to pay the flat rate for your plan! We take care of all the ongoing costs pertaining to your AI assistant and it's automation.
What if my business information changes like opening hours, contact details or the services I offer? Can the AI assistant be updated with this information?
Absolutely! We offer one administration ticket per month to our clients so all you need to do is contact us and we'll update the information your AI assistant refers to for its responses. Changes usually take effect within 24 to 48 hours.
How quickly does the customer information get forwarded to me once the website visitor has inputted their details?
We realise that the quicker you receive this information the better. "Speed to lead" is crucial to ensure you can follow up with the customer as soon as possible so they don't go to one of your competitors. We allow for 5 minutes to pass from the first message they send before sending you their information and the entire chat log. This allows the website visitor to ask all the questions they need to and the conversation to end before we send you all the details.
Where are you based and how secure is the data that gets sent to me?
We are Australian owned and operated and we use Google's secure servers to ensure your clients information stays safe. The information obtained by your AI assistant is yours and yours alone, it is never resold to other companies or forwarded anywhere else but to you and your team.
What if I need separate AI assistants for different web pages on my site? Will this cost me more?
While one AI assistant will usually suffice to answer all the questions your website visitors have (the data pool they have access to is extremely large), we recognise that occasionally clients want a dedicated assistant for specific pages. For this you won't need to pay the full plan amount again, you'll just need to contact us and we can deploy another assistant to the webpage of your choice for a flat rate of $45AUD per month for extra assistants required. This assistant can send data to a different Google spreadsheet and specific set of emails if you need it to.
